Shipping Policy

UK Standard Mainland Free Delivery
We aim to deliver all stock items within 5 working days of the order being placed. Please note that Class 9 goods may be subject to additional checks by the courier, which can occasionally result in unavoidable delays.

Parcel Service – Under 40kg
All orders under 40kg are shipped via FedEx. Multiple orders can be shipped. A tracking number will be provided, and FedEx will keep you updated with delivery notifications by SMS or email.

Pallet Service – Bulk Orders
For bulk orders requiring pallet delivery, we partner with Palletline. If pallet delivery is necessary, we will arrange the service and share your contact details with Palletline so they can liaise with you directly to confirm delivery arrangements.

Shipping Information
Lithium-Ion, Lithium-Metal, and Sodium-Ion batteries are classified as Hazardous Goods and require specialist handling. All of our delivery partners are fully approved for the transportation of Class 9 / UN3840 and UN3551 goods, which are subject to strict regulatory controls. Beyond Batteries works with two trusted couriers for UK deliveries: FedEx and Palletline.

Processing Batteries
Once your order has been placed, our team selects the product and performs a series of quality assurance tests, a process that typically takes 24 hours. If the selected battery passes all checks, it is released for courier collection. In the event of a failure, another battery will be tested and prepared for shipment.
